About Reservations

Yes, this is possible.

About the Facility

The sauna is set at around 100°C (212°F).

The cold bath temperature is approximately 13-15°C (55-59°F), depending on the season.

Only aroma oils designated by our facility may be used for löyly.

For each guest, we provide bath towels, body towels, ponchos, and sauna hats according to the number of people in your reservation.
Other amenities are listed below.

After your sauna session, you may also enjoy the public bath at the attached ryokan.

Smartphone chargers and hair irons are also available upon request. Please feel free to ask our staff.

The sauna can be used by 1 to 6 guests per reservation.
Please note that the maximum capacity inside the barrel sauna is 4 guests at a time.

Yes, mixed-gender use is allowed.
All guests are required to wear swimsuits when using the facility.

Only guests aged 12 and over may use the facility.
Children 11 years old and under are not permitted.

Please note that our sauna is located on a rooftop.
Safety railings are installed; however, there is still a risk of unforeseen accidents such as falls.

For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended at any time.

Smoking is not permitted inside the facility or in the rooftop private sauna area.
If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area inside the building (1F lobby).

Photography within the private sauna area is permitted.
However, the use of photos for business, promotional, advertising, solicitation, or any other commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, unless prior approval has been obtained from our company.

Account

You can create a new account by following the steps below:

  1. Visit the “Customer Account” page and enter your email address.
  2. You will receive an email from our store containing a one-time code. Enter the code on the “Enter Code” screen and submit it.

 A one-time code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the code on the login page to access your account.
The one-time code is valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once. If the code expires, please enter your email address again on the login page to request a new one.

The one-time code is sent by email. 
*Please note that it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.

  1. The email address you entered may be incorrect. Please return to the login page and enter the correct email address again.
  2. The email may have been classified as spam.
    Depending on your email provider (such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo! Mail), the message may be delivered to your Spam or Promotions folder. Please check all folders to see if you have received an email from us.
    If you still do not receive the email after checking all folders, please adjust your email settings to allow messages from @shopifyemail.com, then return to the login page and enter your email address again.

If the issue is not resolved after trying the steps above, please contact us.

If you have tried all possible email addresses but still do not receive the one-time code, please contact us using the form on the Contact Us page.

We’re sorry, but it is not possible to change the email address used for login.

If your email address has changed, please create a new account using your new email address.
Please note that when you register a new account, your previous order history and customer information cannot be transferred.

Please log in to your customer account and click “Account”.
From the Account Information page, you can edit the following details:

  • Change your name
  • Update your address and phone number
  • Delete an address or phone number
  • Add a new shipping address
  • Set a default address

Please note that the email address used for login cannot be changed.
If you wish to use a different email address, please refer to “Can I change the email address used for login?” on this page.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but to request account deletion,

please contact us via the form on the Contact Us page and indicate that you wish to delete your account.

Please note that the account deletion process may take up to 10–14 business days to complete.
