Cancellations & Changes for Sauna Reservations

The following regulations apply to sauna reservations.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation start time.
After that, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Please understand in advance.
* For any reason, cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation start time will be charged 100%.

To cancel your reservation, please send us an email with your reservation details.

Cancellation Fees

* If we are forced to close on the day due to bad weather or disasters, the full amount will be refunded.

Rainy Day Cancellation

If it is raining on the day of your reservation, 50% of the usage fee will be refunded.
* If we are forced to close due to severe weather or disasters, the full amount will be refunded.

How to Cancel

Please contact us by phone only.
Cancellations by email or inquiry form are not accepted.

Refund Method

Refunds will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the original payment.
* Depending on your credit card closing date and the timing of the store’s refund processing, the refund may take 1-2 months to appear.

Changes to Your Reservation

Changes to your reservation can be made by phone only up to 3 days before your reservation date.
Changes to the reservation time may not be possible if there is no availability.

Returns & Exchanges for Merchandise

The following regulations apply to merchandise sales.

Order Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations due to customer preference after an order has been completed.

Returns & Exchanges Due to Customer Preference

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., ordering the wrong item, item different from expectations, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.

Defective Items or Delivery Errors

In the unlikely event that an item is defective (damaged, soiled, or faulty) or if you receive a different item than ordered, we will resolve the issue immediately.

  • Resolution: We will exchange it for a non-defective item.
    *If the item is out of stock, we may issue a refund instead.
  • Contact Period: Within 7 days of arrival.
  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs.

However, please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Items that have been opened or used.
  2. Items damaged or soiled by the customer.
  3. Items for which 8 days or more have passed since arrival (including the arrival date).
  4. Other items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
