- When personal information is jointly used in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act
8. Disclosure of Personal Information
When a request for disclosure of personal information is made in accordance with applicable laws, we will verify the requester's identity and promptly disclose the information, unless disclosure is not required by law.
9. Correction, Addition, or Deletion of Personal Information
If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion of personal information on the grounds that it is inaccurate, the Company shall, after confirming the identity of the requester, conduct necessary investigation without delay and correct such information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and notify the customer of the result. If the Company decides not to make such corrections, it shall notify the customer accordingly.
10. Suspension of Use or Deletion of Personal Information
If a customer requests suspension of use or deletion of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the published purpose of use or was obtained by improper means, and the request is found to be justified, the Company shall suspend the use or delete the information without delay and notify the customer. However, this does not apply where the Company is not obligated to do so under applicable laws.
