Sauna Reservations

No physical items will be shipped.
Any rental items included in your plan will be provided at the front desk on the day of your reservation.

International Shipping

We do not ship original merchandise internationally.

Shipping Costs

A standard shipping fee of 1,100 JPY (tax included) applies, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and outlying islands. Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa is 2,200 JPY (tax included).

Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for delivery to outlying islands. In such cases, we will contact you directly regarding the cost.

Delivery Service

Orders are delivered via Yamato Transport.
Please note that we cannot combine separate orders with different order numbers into a single shipment.

Delivery Timing

In-stock items will generally be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
In the unlikely event of a stock shortage or delay, we will contact you immediately.

Shipping Addresses

We cannot ship items from a single order to multiple addresses.
Please place separate orders for each shipping address.
As mentioned above, please note that separate orders cannot be combined.

Delivery Date & Time Designation

We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates or times. Thank you for your understanding.

Undeliverable Packages / Expired Storage Period

If a package is returned to us due to the expiration of the carrier's storage period (1 week from shipment), refusal to accept, long-term absence, or inability to contact the recipient, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping costs (initial shipping fee + return shipping fee).

In-Store Pickup

You can pick up your ordered items directly at the store.
Customers without a sauna reservation are also welcome to visit solely for merchandise pickup.

Shipping and handling fees are free.

Items will be handed over at the reception front desk of Dotonbori Sauna (Yamatoya Honten).

8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
* For customers with a sauna reservation, items will be handed over when you arrive for your reservation.

Notification of Readiness

We will notify you via email as soon as your items are ready for pickup. Please come to the store after receiving this email.
If items are in stock, they will generally be ready within 2 hours of your order.

Pickup Deadline

Please pick up your items within 3 months of your order. Orders not picked up by the deadline may be subject to cancellation.

What to Bring

Please provide the staff with your Order Number (found in the order confirmation or ready-for-pickup email) and the Name on the order.
