Payment Process
- All "facility reservations" and "merchandise purchases" made on this site must be paid for in advance online.
- Please complete your payment via the shopping cart page, then await your scheduled visit or the delivery of your items.
- An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your order. Please be sure to review its contents.
For Customers Choosing In-Store Pickup
Please note that payment must be made in advance online, even for in-store pickup orders. We do not accept payment for merchandise at the store counter. Thank you for your understanding.
Total Payment Amount
The total payment amount consists of the total merchandise price (tax included) plus shipping fees.
*Shipping fees do not apply to in-store pickup orders or sauna reservations.
*Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery region. Please confirm the details on the checkout screen.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards:

Notes
- Depending on your usage status, your credit card may not be accepted. In such cases, we may request you to change your credit card information or payment method, or we may cancel your order.
- If the payment method is not updated within 7 days after our notification, your order will be automatically canceled.
* We may request identity verification (such as phone confirmation).
* Credit cards must be in the name of the user. Cards under a different name will not be accepted.
* Due to system limitations, we do not issue credit card receipts. Thank you for your understanding.
PayPal
Available only for customers with a PayPal account.
- If you wish to add items or change the order quantity, you will need to place a new order.
- Payment will be completed when you press the “Confirm Order” button.
- No handling fee is charged for PayPal payments.
About Consumption Tax
All prices displayed on our website include consumption tax.
The current tax rate is 10%.
Payment Timing
For credit card and electronic payments, payment is confirmed at the time the order is completed.
The billing date depends on your individual credit card company. Please check with your card provider.
