Service Delivery Time

The service will be provided immediately after payment is completed.

[Merchandise Sales (Shipping)]
Items are generally shipped within 3 business days after payment completion.

[Merchandise Sales (In-Store Pickup)]
Once you receive the "Ready for Pickup" email, you can pick up your order during store hours (8:00 AM - 11:00 PM).
Note: Customers with sauna reservations will receive their items upon arrival for their reservation.

Returns & Exchanges

[Sauna Reservations]
Due to the nature of the service, returns or exchanges are not accepted after use.
For cancellations, please contact us by phone at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.

[Merchandise Sales]
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
We will exchange items only if they are defective and we are notified within 7 days of arrival.
